Need Help with Your Electric Service?

Raccoon Valley Electric Cooperative (RVEC) is here for you.

Emergency or Outage: Call (712) 659-3649 or (800) 253-6211, available 24/7. After hours, our partner, Cooperative Response Center (CRC), handles calls and dispatches crews as needed. In hazardous situations, dial 911 immediately.

Office Hours:

  • Regular: Mon–Fri, 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
  • Summer (Memorial Day – Labor Day):
    • Mon–Thu: 7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
    • Fri: 7:30 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.

Non-Urgent Questions: Use our online contact form. Responses are typically within 24–48 hours.
